Let's Sell a House!!!!

Okay everybody, in light of our last blog post (if you didn't see it, read here), it's time to get busy.  We are hoping to use the power of social media to sell our house!  To my realtor friends, I love you all, and I completely and 100% recognize that without God using many of you, my bills for the last 13 years would not have gotten paid.  You are a key part of my livelihood.  That being said however, due to the market conditions and decrease in values over the last few years, unless you are willing to work for free :)  we have to sell the house on our own.  So here's the deal, we need everyone who reads this to share it on Facebook, Twitter, Myspace (if that even exists anymore), or whatever social media you use.  Maybe someone who is looking to purchase in the Gardendale area will see it and buy it!

Our home is located at 4424 Longwood Drive in the Longwood subdivision in Gardendale.  The home is technically a 3BR/2 1/2 BA with an upstairs bonus room.  However, we use the bonus room for a fourth bedroom.  It has 2487 square feet above grade with an unfinished basement/2 car garage. Backyard is large, flat, and fenced in.

The house WILL BE IN THE NEW GARDENDALE CITY SCHOOL SYSTEM!!!!  The neighborhood is beautiful with hiking trails, waterfalls, and several common areas.  Our neighbors are amazing.  Seriously amazing.  If you have kids, THIS is the place for you.
